Window Cleaning
Our professional window cleaning service delivers crystal-clear results for residential and commercial properties. We clean interior and exterior glass, frames, tracks, and screens using pure water technology that leaves no streaks or residue. Our technicians handle everything from single-family homes to multi-story buildings with safety and precision.
Pressure Washing
Professional pressure washing removes dirt, grime, and stains from concrete, patios, siding, and other exterior surfaces. Our low-pressure soft washing technique safely cleans delicate materials while high-powered cleaning tackles tough buildup. This service improves curb appeal and protects property investments through preventative maintenance.
Snow Removal
Reliable snow and ice removal services keep properties safe and accessible during winter months. Our team provides driveway and walkway clearing, salting treatments, and prompt response times with custom scheduling options. Commercial clients benefit from scheduled maintenance plans that ensure business continuity during snow events.
Holiday Lighting
Custom holiday lighting installation includes design consultation, professional installation, and post-season takedown/storage. Our team uses commercial-grade materials to create festive displays that enhance curb appeal without damaging property. Maintenance checks ensure lights remain functional throughout the holiday season.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning removes lint buildup to reduce fire risk and improve appliance efficiency. Our service includes full vent line cleaning, exterior vent check, and connection inspection using specialized brushes and high-powered vacuums. Regular maintenance extends dryer lifespan and lowers energy costs.

This is my second exercise with Sundance. The work is dangerous and they do a great job. They work very quickly. Done in less than an hour. They are prompt and efficient. They even came back out to clean my gutters again when a small corner had been overlooked. Easily 5-stars.

Matt came to clean our windows and was so patient with my dog Otis to begin with. He put Otis at ease by giving him a bone at the start. He completed the window cleaning with exemplary attention to perfection. This hadnt been done on so long and they look as if there is no glass! Thank you Matt!
