Hearing Consultants, Inc. has served the Sterling Heights, Michigan area and its surrounding communities since 1994. Our hearing aid center offers a full range of diagnostic and preventative hearing healthcare professional services, including hearing aid screening, evaluations, hearing aids, and rehabilitative and preventative counseling.

We are dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest improvements in technological advancements in the hearing industry and are committed to offering the most current options to our patients. We are proud to be one of the few practices out there who perform Real Ear Measurements (REMs) when fitting your hearing aids.

This is recommended by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and online buying guide Consumer Reports as the gold standard when it comes to fitting hearing aids. REM tailors the settings of the hearing aid according to the exact contours of your ear.

Your hearing instruments use the highest level of technology, but they need regular maintenance and periodic adjustments to perform at their best. Once you have purchased a set of hearing aids from us, our 'Complete Hearing Health Care' program provides a complete range of services at no additional cost to you!

Assistive listening devices (ALDs) come in all shapes and sizes. An ALD is any device that helps someone with a hearing loss to hear better. Some ALDs are stand-alone devices, while some are intended to work with hearing aids. Some types of ALDs will work with many different kinds of hearing aids, while others may be brand- or model-specific.

Totally the best!!! Love my new hearing aids and am totally in love with both doctors,,Melissa and Donna beautiful caring and very knowledgeable hearing doctors wanted hug both of them for helping me get my hearing back to normal...Plus wonderful ladies just to talk too,,, makes you feel very comfortable...Damn we need more Doctors like them...Plus went in a second time for an adjustment and they had me in immediately...Set me up with a second setting for higher end settings and it works beautiful...Now I have 2 settings one for my guitar and one for normal use...Absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic customer service. My 85 year old lost one of his hearing aides and he can't get his new until July with his insurance. The audiologist dug through her bits of parts and created an over the ear hearing aide to get him by until July. She said consider it a "loaner" and didn't charge us a dime. Wa onderful place, definitely going back.

I love this office! I have the Lyric system (which are amazing) and sometimes they die unexpectedly. Hearing Consultants always makes time for me to come in right away so that I don't have to go days without hearing. Going on my third year and I couldn't be happier with their service and product. Outstanding service....wait time less then 10 min. Exam extremely thorough
Kind ,Caring, made my mom relaxed and comfortable.
