HVAC Repair
Our HVAC repair services address heating and cooling system malfunctions with rapid response times and accurate diagnostics. Technicians perform thorough inspections to identify issues ranging from thermostat problems to compressor failures. Using advanced tools and manufacturer-approved parts, we restore system functionality while explaining repair options and costs upfront.
Furnace Installation
We specialize in furnace installations for residential and commercial properties, offering energy-efficient models with proper sizing calculations for optimal performance. Our certified technicians handle complete system replacements, including ductwork modifications and thermostat integration, with extended warranties available on new equipment.
Aeroseal Duct Sealing
This innovative duct sealing technology uses aerosolized polymer to seal leaks from inside the ductwork. The process improves energy efficiency by preventing conditioned air loss, enhances temperature control in hard-to-reach rooms, and reduces utility bills through improved system performance.
Blower Door Test
Our blower door testing identifies air leaks in building envelopes using calibrated pressure measurements. Technicians seal identified leaks with specialized materials, improving energy efficiency and comfort while providing verification testing to confirm air tightness improvements.
Thermostat Services
We offer thermostat installation, repair, and programming services for both traditional and smart thermostat models. Our experts recommend and install programmable and Wi-Fi-enabled options that optimize energy usage while maintaining comfort through precise temperature control.

As a former tradesman, I was impressed with the professionalism of the team that replaced my furnace and air conditioning system. Young hard working people. Very fair price, and installed NEXT DAY ...during a 90+ degree heat wave.

We needed a kitchen range hood installed with duct work so it would vent outside. Jeff came to give us an estimate right away and completed the job the same week. We are very happy with his work and Chris the Office Manager was great at to work with as well. Highly recommend Arctic Heating & Cooling.
