They were excellent problem solvers, professional, communicative, and very easy to work with. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. My AC quit working today and it was 90 degrees out. I called a couple companies in my area, and no one was available. Then I checked Bartlett and called JDN Heating & Air Conditioning. It was 4:30pm. The gentleman I spoke with got right on it and sent someone over right away. He got us back up and running in 30 minutes! It wasn't a major issue, but he came prepared and had the parts and freon that we needed. My husband and I are extremely grateful to JDN, and are making them our official company to call on. Mike and his son are the best. Both of them work hard to solve your problem and will not stop until the job is finished correctly. Ive been using JDN for nearly 15 years for repairs as well as AC and furnace replacement. Their prices are fair, their workmanship is impeccable and they not have a great sense of humor. Repairs are never fun but the guys from JDN make their service calls enjoyable. Just the best. Dont hesitate to call them.

WE HAVE USED MIKE AND CREW TWICE NOW FOR FURNACE AND A/C AND TRUST ME THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU WANT DOING YOUR JOB. I AM ONE TO USUALLY SHOP AROUND FOR BEST PRICE BUT WITH THIER PRICING AND HONESTY I SAID FORGET IT AND WENT WITH THEM. GREAT PROFESSIONALS THAT TELL YOU THE PRICE AND WILL EVEN DO LITTLE THINGS AT NO CHARGE THATS A COMPANY I RECOMMEND.
