We ordered from this company, the package was delivered damaged, they don't take any accountability for their products nor the care of the clients. We also requested a call from a representative about this matter and never received a follow-up about the delivery.

Placed an order for a cover then decided to cancel the order within 48 hours and before it started to be manufactured. Called them up and was told no problem they just needed me to send the request in an email form to confirm cancellation. Email was sent and a confirmation email was returned to me that the order would be cancelled and a refund would be issued. This is where things went of the rail.
While waiting several days for a refund we received an email that the cover that we cancelled was now being manufactured. Immediately I called them and asked what was going on with this order? We cancelled

Will Not Provide an Accurate Cover Measurement
I provided a model number and description of my hot tub, and assumed a company in the business of hot tub cover replacements would have access to all models. My hot tub was built in 2015, so this should be on file for BeyondNice. I had a customer service person by the name of "Zoe" provide me with inaccurate information, and I received a hot tub cover that was oversized. It is not energy efficient. Also, after the purchase, they asked for me to write a positive review to be entered into a drawing for a $100 Walmart gift card. Ridiculous

Do not buy from them!! poor customer service and lousy product .. my original lasted 10 years .. their cover handle tore out after one month and they blamed me for being too rough ..

They get your money up front and come up with every excuse in the book as to why your cover is not being made or shipped. They've had my money for 2 months now and will not send me my cover nor refund my money. They seem to be using money to float previous orders. Do not let them have your money before you have your product. Once they have your money, you may never see your product. My next move is BBB and quick claims court.
