My friend used this company and after they left the car keys were missing. Then at 5:00am a camera shows a black pick-up pull up and a girl, matching the description of one of the cleaners, gets out and walks up to the car and uses keys to open the door and drive off. The owner of this company has been combative and denying any responsibility. The police have been contacted and given all the information.

John Crum and his cleaning crew has been the worst Experience I have had in a long time. They not only did not clean my house but one of his employees Jaime Parker stole the key to my car and then two days later is caught on video stealing my car. John Crum then refused to assist me in getting my car back. Do not use this company they cannot be trusted.

John Crum and his team are exceptional! They are thorough, friendly, and affordable. They use all-natural cleaning products that are safe for pets and humans, which is a big plus for us! John is very responsive and flexible with scheduling. He and his team ask during and after service if there are specific areas that need more attention which I appreciate as it allowed me to point out some hidden areas that they were quick to address! We just had our bathroom and shower tile cleaned in addition to the standard biweekly cleaning and it is definitely worth it!! The shower/grout looks 800x better

Really happy with service and performance. Place was cleaned thoroughly, but the real gem is that John and his team worked to book and take care of my place on extremely short notice after another company let me down. John and crew made an appointment that worked for me, came in, did great work, and saved the day. Definitely recommend and will use again! Thank you John!
