Had a terrible experience with Sunflower Maids today. I signed up for a one time cleaning ($299). I listed bedrooms, bathrooms and a finished basement to be cleaned. My cleaners were polite. However, they informed me they were over their time limit and in order for them to finish mopping and cleaning the kitchen, I would owe $45 more dollars. After spending $299, I declined. The website did not require me to sign up for an amount of time, just rooms. I made a call to customer service. When the representative called me back, she started the conversation by saying, I already spoke with the cleaners
