The owners of NewPhase are connected to the community in so many special ways, one being that their relatives settled here in 1858 and now 5 generations have grown and thrived in the area.

Not only are we extremely involved in our community, we are also giving back on a global scale! SHIP ministers in El Salvador in an extremely economically disadvantaged neighborhood. One of the ways SHIP helps its neighbors is by sending more than 80 children to safe, private Christian schools. SHIP's heart is to provide hope and bright futures to these precious children, but we need your help to make their dreams a reality.

Our business consist of Co-Owners, Steve and Sharon Pittman, their daughter and her husband are the Sales Team and our son works on special projects while completing his construction science degree. Our Construction Project Manager and Bookkeeper have been adopted into the family as well.
