Annette Redman has lived the majority of her life in Black Hawk County. She became an audiologist over twenty years ago after completion of her Bachelor's degree with highest honors at UNI. She continued her studies to include a Master's degree also from UNI and then achieving her Doctorate in Audiology from A. T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona.

I'm so fortunate to be a patient at NewSound Hearing Center, Waterloo. Appointments are on time, staff is always courteous and supportive, and my audiologist--Annette Redman, AuD--is excellent. She's extremely knowledgeable. Further, she's an excellent listener, meaning she pays attention to my concerns and works hard to be certain they are addressed, and that I understand everything. Professional care of my ears--just as crucial as professional care of the rest of me!

I arrived at New Sound for my appointment and was shown in almost immediately, my hearing aids were checked and cleaned. I asked to have some of the settings tweaked and a few seconds later we were done. Very good service by knowledgeable people.
