I can't imagine a better hearing center than New Sound. We love our Starkey hearing aids.Joel Myers is so knowledgeable and patient. He takes time to make sure all our needs are met and our questions are answered. Jenny at the desk is very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. Your will LOVE New Sound. My husband has been needing a hearing test for quite awhile. I finally got him in as he said “if you get tested, I’ll get a test.” Appointment made, and my husband is sporting his new hearing aides.
The staff was great, and they took the time to not only examine us, but they also took the time to explain everything involved as we went along.
As my husband was fitted with his hearing aides Joel took the time to explain why my husband was struggling with different aspects of his hearing. It made my husband feel better understanding what was causing his biggest problems and what the hearing
