Metal Roofing
Premium metal roofing installations for residential and commercial properties. We work with steel, aluminum, and copper materials in standing seam and panel configurations. Our fire-resistant systems provide superior durability against extreme weather while offering energy-saving benefits through solar-reflective coatings. Custom fabrication ensures precise fitting for complex architectural designs, with lifetime warranty options available through leading manufacturers.
Flat Roofing
Specialized flat roofing solutions using modified bitumen, EPDM rubber, and thermoplastic membranes. Our crews implement proper drainage systems to prevent water pooling while ensuring UV resistance and thermal performance. We reinforce high-traffic areas with additional ply layers and use heat-welded seams for watertight integrity. Regular inspections help identify membrane shrinkage or punctures before they become major issues.

Rainier roofing installed a new roof on our home in October. Jared, Caleb, and team took the time to listen to our questions and concerns about the roof and our attic space to make sure that we were making the right choices for our specific situation. The team who came to install the roof was professional and very efficient. We would recommend Rainier roofing to friends and family.

In these times, its so hard to find a good contractorone that shows up, does a great job, and is reliable. Rainier Roofing did all that and more! They were responsive, on time, and very professional. I have never had such a great experience with a big job like this. Our new house had a 29-year-old leaking roof and they got us in within less than one month and finished the job in 3.5 days. They also installed some special flashing for our craftsman-style trim to ensure water flow was diverted from the woodwork. Jared, the owner, Landon, the project manager, and the two guys that gave us the

Rainier Roofing did a great job from start to finish! I am very pleased with my new roof! The entire team was very professional. Caleb came out and explained the entire process to me before giving me the quote and he responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. The crew did an excellent job on the installation, they got it done quickly during a break in all the rain weve been having! Jared kept me updated throughout the whole process, texting and sending me pictures so I could see how things were progressing! Awesome team! Thank you so much!!!

Rainer Roofing Company did a great job updating and repairing the roof at the Bellevue Heights Apartments. This was a large job at our 39 unit building. They were professional, skilled and responsive to feedback and communications. They take great pride in their work, eager to amend any issues. They were terrific in finding affordable solutions for our needs. We ended up having quite a bit of rot, and they were flexible and quick to adjust to the changes. We highly recommend them!

Rainier did a fantastic job with our roof! We recently purchased a nearly hundred-year-old home and knew that in addition to the roof, wed need to replace the soffits, fascia and gutters -- many companies were unwilling to perform the needed carpentry, or only included it begrudgingly. Rainier was able to give us an upfront quote that included all of the work we needed.
Andrew did a great job giving these parts of our roof a new life! Once the work had started, it was discovered that some of the rafter-ends had rotted and we were able to have them repaired as well -- its reassuring to know
