We hired KV Construction to re-side our house and replace the trim around the windows. The crew was prompt, professional and courteous.They did excellent work in a timely manner with attention to detail. Vasily and Yekaterina were quick to respond to any of our questions both by text and email. The pricing was very competitive and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for siding replacement.

We needed someone to come check out some fiber cement panel siding that had a lot of water damage. Visaly met me the very next day and gave me a thorough evaluation of the siding and estimated cost of what it would take to repaint and seal. After looking at multiple other bids for paint, turns out they were competitive and I appreciated the up front pricing! We havent done the work yet but he was extremely knowleda le you could tell he has a lot of experience and he does quality work with quality materials for a good price. Highly recommend working with these guys, we will be calling them this summer when weather is dry to do the work! Thank you again!

KV just completed residing and painting our 60 year old Seattle home. Both jobs exceed our expectations! The removal of 2 layers of old siding (original decayed cedar and 40 year old vinyl) and was completely cleaned up and hauled away without any harm to our fully landscaped yard. Hardie board siding was quickly and expertly installed, and the paint is absolute perfection. We couldnt be happier!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. As new, first time homeowners, our worst fear came true when we discovered termites in our old cedar siding. We got a couple quotes from different companies and didn't like the vibes of any of them - it felt like talking to used car salesmen.

Vasily came to our house to look over the project, and it was like night and day difference. He listened to our concerns, talked us through how he would handle the project, and showed us different options for a total siding replacement even at our first meeting. He is knowledgeable, honest, and entirely dedicated to his clients.

Once we signed on for the job, Vasily truly went above and beyond our expectations. When his crew discovered structural damage from a past water leak, they worked to inform us and mitigate all of the past damage. They helped reinforce our (incorrectly attached by previous owners) deck supports, and they made sure that we had proper flashing on all our windows for the first time ever. Vasily communicated, answered questions, and made sure that we were informed throughout the entire process.

Then, tragedy struck. Vasily's crew finished the work and left at 3pm on November 19th. At 8pm that same day, a 125 foot spruce tree fell on our house, cutting our roof in half and more. We reached out to Vasily and he 1. Offered to come fix any damages done to the siding, and 2. Immediately offered roofing contacts and recommendations. Even when our professional relationship had concluded, Vasily still helped us as clients.

As a new homeowner who hasn't hired for many projects yet (we prefer to DIY), Vasily and everyone at KV construction are worth their weight in gold. I would give a whole hearted recommendation to any homeowner.

I would highly recommend KV construction for your house siding project. I decided to remove the siding on my house and add new Hardi board to increase the sale value. I hired KV after interviewing two other companies. I knew it was going to be an interesting process since the asphalt shingles were from the 1950s and the original siding underneath that was from 1908. The first discovery was no sheathing under the original cedar siding. There were many change orders along the way due to poor condition of siding and supports, but it was worth it. I ended up getting new siding on the garage too and I'm glad I did it because it looks fantastic. The house sale went smoothly mainly because the exterior of the house looks so beautiful. Vasily is attentive and educates with a kind and humble manner, which is respectful to a single woman. He was quick to hear me out on issues and had them quickly fixed. Both he and his partner/wife are professionals as well offering kind and attentive communications. Vasily goes out of his way to please you and would go to work on a Sunday if necessary. I never felt rushed or taken for granted. Pricing was way under one bid and I would consider them in the middle. Before and after pics attached.
