We purchase two of the nicest beautiful Black Hills Spruce from Erick at Otten Bros in along Lake. Erick followed through calling us when they were available. He his super knowledgeable pleasant and totally customer oriented! Two very knowledgeable planting guys installed the two Spruce where we had two damaged trees thst needed replacing! They professionally removed the old stumps with a Bob cat after placing plywood sheets on the grass to prevent grass damage. They removed the surrounding plants and reinstalled them so you would never know there had been trees freshly planted there!

Good place that is not too packed, like a Gertens. They have a good selection of plants, and some fun unique ones - my gig! Coupons and regular deals as well. Their herbs this season looked way better than Bachmans and the big box stores!

Customer service at the counter boxed up my plants to one box. Took my cart. Checked me out. All good right? But I have my arm in a sling because of Rotator Cuff surgery. She offered to help after i struggled to get the box in my good arm. I said at my car I would need help and she never came out. She continued to chat with another employee who showed up while i was trying to pick up my plants. Judt common courtesy or sensible thinking would have been great. Another customer came to my aid in the parking lot.

Came here pretty consistently for mulch, shrubs, and seed. Really nice guys in the loading area. Couple of years ago got a yard of screened soil. When putting it down there were a half dozen pieces of broken glass (from bottles).
Brought in to the glass and asked for my $30 back. They argued about it. Really?
