They are a terrible company. They came the first day on time but not with what they needed. Said they would be back after lunch to get started. They never showed up. The next day I called to see when they are coming to find out they have reschedule the installation for the following week but did not tell us. The following week they come and the work less than 6 hours a day and it takes them 4 days to do the work. Everything is good. 2 weeks later I get woke up sounding like the house is getting torn apart to find out they have come to take the old duct work out from under the house. No one calls

I have a mini split heat pump and a service contract for bi-annual maintenance. Josh, who is doing my service has done a fantastic job of cleaning the coils and making sure it is at peak efficiency. He's the greatest. It's amazing how much build-up occurs on the coils in just six months.
