We purchased our home from Noyes and couldn't be happier. The quality, technology used, attention to detail and just the whole experience have been excellent. Our previous home was also a new construction but our new home from Noyes is just beyond comparison. Great people and excellent service and professionalism. We are very happy that we made the upgrade to choose Noyes for our new home and will definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new construction home.

Great work, very professional and completed the job on time for our closing. The attention to detail is unparalleled and the design team did a fantastic job executing and finding the right finishes to make our home perfect. Just an incredible experience working with Christina, Ethan and Justin at Noyes. They understood my needs and worked with me from the very beginning being responsive and accommodating throughout my new custom home journey. There are a lot of builders out therei did my homework.but Noyes stands for great quality, service (pre AND post sale - this is important) and modern design while making it feel like a home. I dont plan to move for a long time, but know exactly who to call and where to go next time. You wont be disappointed!!
