We are so glad we found Jordan to remodel our bathroom. He was great at communicating every step of the way and very patient when plans changed. Hes easy to talk to and really listens to every detail. His crew was here every single day until the project was finished. We would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him!

Weve been working with Jordan for over 10 years. The quality of his work and service he provides has always been exceptional. This latest project was a total kitchen remodel, remodeling 3 bathrooms, and painting our downstairs including vaulted ceilings. It is always a pleasure working with Jordan through each phase of a project. The planning phase included recommendations on how to balance quality and cost, referring us to several reputable vendors for materials, and being flexible when we wanted to purchase items from our local big-box store. When the work was being done Jordan communicated

We LOVE Jordan and his team. Weve worked with him now on several big and small projects over the years and hes my goto guy. Hes honest, straightforward and his team are total pros. 4 years later, our bathroom remodel has held up just as great as the day it was completed. The three things that make advanced construction the best; 1) the estimate is what you pay (change orders excluded) 2) the quality is top notch 3) Jordan is honest and not going to upsell you on something you dont need. We recently purchased our first investment property in Portland while we were temp out of state

I am extremely satisfied with my bathroom remodel. Jordan was extremely easy to work with both in translating my ideas into a great looking finished project as well as being professional and forthright about delays. Even my cat thought they were great! I would definitely recommend Advanced for anyone's remodel project.

Jordan and his team were a pleasure to work with for a full bathroom addition in our master bedroom. We are very pleased with how the project turned out and highly recommend him! Jordan is professional, organized, and responsive. Throughout the challenges of a pandemic and a tight deadline with me being pregnant, we had full confidence that we had chosen the right person. Jordan communicated clearly with updates on each part of the project completion and checked in with us often to answer questions. His team was respectful of our home, wore masks, and were very considerate overall. The bathroom
