I had the opportunity to work with Momentum Architecture in 2019 as part of a large residential property improvement. The scope of the work was challenging as it combined the replacement of a rubber roof with the re-building of an existing roof deck. We chose Momentum Architecture to handle the deck design and oversee the construction because of their experience and familiarity with the building codes in Cambridge.
