Look no further for all your plumbing needs!!! This company is absolutely amazing. Customer service is bar none the best! The contractor who installed my toilet couldn't figure out the issue with my toilet, but KoKo Drains fixed the issue in 5 minutes. They also found the source of my leaky sink and fixed it...again after multiple plumbers couldn't find the problem. I'm so relieved I no longer have to search for a good and honest plumber.

We recently moved into a new home and immediately needed assistance with a few things. Our kitchen faucet totally stopped working and they sent someone as soon as they could to quickly fix the issue. We then bought a new one and they perfectly installed it. After a couple of months, we noticed a smell and after some investigating, Koko Drains diagnosed the issue and fixed it at a great price. Koko's reputation preceded him, but he exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend him and his company. My outdoor drain had been clogged for the last seven years. I had tried snaking, but the drains were too impacted. Koko was highly recommended by a trusted source. It seemed expensive, but I had no other alternative, and I had no idea of what was involved. It turned out to be money well spent. They worked hard, but Koko diagnosed and resolved my drain problems efficiently and elegantly. It was a pleasure to watch him and Stephano work. They were professionals from start to finish

Stephon (might have murdered the spelling, sorry guy) was great. Gave a very honest assessment and double-checked his work. Was very respectful of the house and always covered his shoes with surgical-type booties when entering. Also followed good Covid protecations. Very professional and skilled. Great experience!

We are renovating our 90 year old home and wanted to be sure our drainage system is intact. From setting the appointment on our experience with Koko Drains was excellent. Koko was friendly, thorough and informative. He explained what he could see via the drain scoping. He had good recommendations on how to approach some potential issues. The best part - their pricing is very reasonable. The investment we made in scoping the line will save us $$$$ in damage that could be caused by a bad drainage line. We will definitely hire Koko Drains again and recommend to others.
