We had a horrible experience with this company. They charged us $12,000 for a job that should have been maybe $3000 at the most. The managers at the office were rude and disrespectful. They would not answer questions and we could not get any explanation for what was done at the house. Do not use this company. Very unprofessional. Poor work

Great service and excellent customer service. We had a main line burst at 8 pm. We called Ritz and they were at the site within 30 minutes! They stoped the leak right away and the next day replaced the pipes for us. They went above and beyond to get our water restored. They are true professionals and highly recommended.

I had a great and easy experience with Ritz which gave me peace of mind. I was extremely anxious to find out from my neighbors that my garage had flooded over the Christmas holiday week when I was away from home. I called Ritz in a panic and they sent Ray and Carlos quickly to assess the situation. I have a routine plumber however I was never once told the root of the problem. My usual plumber would always charge me to just bandaid the issue. When Ray and Carlos came, they gave me a detailed analysis of the root problem. To my surprise they were pricey but worth every dollar for the repair. Thanks
