Mold Assessment
Our comprehensive mold assessment identifies moisture sources and contamination through visual inspections, air sampling, and lab analysis. We evaluate visible mold, musty odors, and hidden growth patterns to determine remediation needs. Customers receive clear documentation of findings and actionable recommendations for resolution.
Mold Remediation
Professional mold remediation follows industry standards using HEPA vacuums and containment barriers to prevent spore spread. We remove contaminated materials, apply antimicrobial treatments, and verify clearance through post-remediation testing. Our process ensures complete elimination of hazardous mold while maintaining indoor air quality.
Mold Removal
Targeted mold removal addresses affected areas through controlled containment, HEPA vacuuming, and antifungal treatments. We isolate contaminated materials, sanitize surfaces, and implement encapsulation when appropriate. Our technicians follow strict safety protocols to protect both property and occupants during the removal process.
Water Proofing
Interior drainage systems and wall sealing solutions prevent water intrusion that leads to mold growth. We address bowing walls, cracks, and dampness through durable waterproofing methods. These measures protect structural integrity while creating healthier living environments resistant to moisture damage.
Foundation Repair
We address foundation issues contributing to moisture problems through crack repair and wall stabilization. Our waterproofing solutions integrate with structural repairs to prevent recurring water damage. This comprehensive approach eliminates conditions that promote mold growth in basements and crawl spaces.

Felix at Nofungusamungus came to our home and gave a very thorough inspection. He gave an honest assessment of the situation and did not try to sell us on something we didnt need. He was generous with his time, explaining the mold process and what to look for. We would have no hesitation working with him further.
