I called Mastertech NNJ regarding a mold problem in my attic. Eric provided me with a thorough explanation of the cause and what was required to remove the mold and prevent a re-occurrence. Dylan, Donovan, and Pete were the technicians assigned and I can't say enough with regards to their professionalism and cleanliness. They explained everything to me step-by-step as it was to be done and assured me of the process as the project progressed. I was concerned for the safety of my children as I noticed mold in various places around the house. Eric came out right away, and did a thorough investigation and testing of the house. He also took the time to explain what he was doing, what he noticed, and even showed me how some of the tools worked. The report was detailed and timely as well.
