Terry Snelling has been involved in the heavy construction industry since 1973 as a construction engineer, estimator, and construction manager. Owning and operating an asphalt paving and ready mix concrete operation from 1983 until 1992 and employed by companies such as City Wide Asphalt, Asphalt Plant Sales, Masters Jackson Paving Company and APAC Missouri.
