I would give a zero if Yelp would allow it. The people that run this company are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They are terrible at their job and flat out do not care about their customers. They only care about collecting their money. Their "owner" left in the middle of a job, one that took him 3 days to arrive for, to tend to another customer. Did I mention the problem still isn't fixed two weeks later? AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!

The owner has contacted me twice to remove the review, calling me "angry and rude". Rude like waiting a year and a half to get back to me? I blocked his business account from messaging me so now he's messaging me from his personal account.

This is the worst company ever, and a fraud,... after deceiving us to change our heating system and charging over $5000+ claiming we had a warranty for 5 years, our heating system started giving us problems within 3months, after 3 years it's given up and doesn't work anymore, we've been calling them for a month now since our heat hasn't been working all December until now and the owner refuses to acknowledge our calls, ... customers BEWARE of this company selling you their business/product!

Very friendly and professional. my gas furnace wasn't working one night november/2012. Hoss was at my house at 9PM on a weeknight, quickly found the problem, and fixed it on the spot!
