Have used EverCool for many years. They maintained my old furnace and AC, installed a new system several years ago, and have given that system annual checkups ever since. They are very professional, honest and dependable. Their technicians always show up on time, are a delight to know, provide good advice, are highly experienced, and always leave the areas where they have worked cleaner than when they started..I don't write recommendations , but these guys are the best, both professional and trustworthy.

Jared, the service technician, is fantastic. However, I do have a serious complaint about Evercools responsiveness. We had no heat starting at about 8:15 PM last night. The house was freezing. I had to call Evercool 3 separate times and each time the answering service told me that they were going to page the person who was on call. That individual never returned the phone calls. As a result, when a different technician arrived the next morning, he did not have the correct parts. That would not have happened if the technician who had been on call last night (and this morning) had simply called
