I had to replace one of the spa pumps that was leaking but couldn't get the new one running (was wired right). Buck showed up and made the fix in under 5 minutes. Knowledgeable and great service. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend the Spa Guy, specifically Buck. I reached out to him for a frustrating leak on my imbedded hot tub. Despite being very busy he promptly responded and walked me through a repair saving me hundreds of potential dollars. He was able to diagnose the probable repair with only a description and brand of hot tub. Amazing customer service from Buck!

Very responsive and knowledgeable. Replaced a pump on older VitaSpa. Reasonable part cost and installation. Everything went smoothly. He even showed me a few preventative maintenance items I could easily do to keep other pumps from failing. Thank you Spa Guy, you rock!!!
