My wife and I had a pool installed this summer, and had no clue on how to run and maintain the pool. T&N immediately face timed us to make sure we had everything properly setup. They then showed up with in a few days to give us a face to face run down on everything we needed to know. We were so impressed with the service and care we got, we booked them to do our closing. They are also assisting us in quoting and getting a safety cover ordered. Excellent knowledge and service

I made an appointment late spring and was scheduled for 3 weeks out. I called 2 days before my scheduled appointment and they lost my appointment. I was informed they could not and would not be coming out for previously scheduled appointment due to time and Unavailability and inability to replace my pool liner. My suggestion call someone else who is able to manage their schedule and appointments better. Its now fall and my children went all summer with out a pool.

We have had our 15x30 above ground pool for 4 years now and have had no problems. Always use their chemicals and have never had issues. They gave us detailed instructions on how to close the pool ourself saving us some money. It is a family owned business in a small town but very professional and helpful when you have questions maintaining your pool
