The first thing they all do is try to sell u new hearing aids. Mine are 3 years old. At the time they were the top of the line. They do improve every year but who can afford $5,500 every year?

I was at the Shakopee office on Wendesday 9/9 for a check up. Sense I got new device I have complained of it cracking and popping something the unit cuts out completely. I explained it to the audiologist she asked me what kind of product I was using. I explained to her it has been Starkey ever sense I had a device. She ask if I was using a diffrent brand of product.
That was an irritating question. They had my file in front of her. I asked to return my device and exited the her office.
I will not be going to that shop again!

The Starkey hear care crew in Shakopee is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Take time to explain and answer questions in an easily understood manner. Newly remodeled facility is open, bright and clean. They have all the latest technology for ears and hearing. I highly recommend them for hearing devices.

I am impressed with the staff and the hearing aid, the staffs very helpful, kind and courteous. The hearing aids work very well and I can control them from my smartphone. I am pleased with the entire purchase, would recommend them to anyone with hearing loss or tinnitus, if you use an HSA be sure to account for them not covering the cost of the great warranty Starkey offers, all these is covered.
