Was very happy with the people, service and product I received at the Hearing Center. Sean Foley was very thorough and listened carefully to my questions, comments and concerns then patiently offered solutions. He made sure I understood everything and he really cared about my comfort level and success throughout every part of process. I live in Eagan but the drive to Golden Valley Hearing Center is totally worth it!

Full disclosure -the HID is my son. The staff here is welcoming and professional. I appreciate the time they take with me, even for the clean and checks of my hearing aids. I appreciate that they have and use the latest technology to adjust my hearing aids. I can attest that making sure you hear better is important to the staff!

I visited the Hearing Center at 7738 Olson Memorial Hwy., Golden Valley MN.to meet with audiologist Sean Foley. At first I was greeted by Andrea Maikke at the front desk. I dealt with Andrea prior to my app't since I am from CT and made my app't with her. She was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with and secured for me the app't I needed since I was only going to be in Minnesota for a week. As for the Audiologist, Sean Foley, I have never had a better, more thorough or informative audiologist in my entire life. The amount of expertise and knowledge that this young man has is incredible.

Sean was very good with my step dad. He went above and beyond during the actual testing, and made the entire process easy and extremely informative. Sean was courteous and professional, even asking my step dad for his permission before showing him any hearing aids. It was a no brainer.
The facility and staff are top notch. From the moment you walk in and are warmly greeted by Andrea, to the time you walk out you will feel taken care of.

I've been taking my elder Aunt to the Hearing Center in Golden Valley for a couple of years. The Hearing Center has been helpful and always available for questions. Sean recently came aboard, and he is so helpful and is very passionate about his patients hearing properly. He is VERY patient and is great to work with. I'd recommend family and friends to him.

Sean was able to use technology that made it possible for him to realize that there was a great difference between what I was prescribed and what my hearing aids were set . He was able to set the hearing aids so they will partially be the appropriate level but will let me adjust to all the new sound. In 28 days, the hearing aids will automatically increase in volume etc. so I can really get the maximum hearing. I have felt my hearing aids weren't set right and now I feel they are correct. I appreciate the service of Sean and the receptionist.

This facility is under new ownership and I can't be more delighted! Sean Foley provides great customer service, explaining what he is doing, using the lasts of technology.
I have been to three different hearing centers and by far this particular one was refreshing, affordable and able to bring my ability to hear to a level I haven't had in years.
This Golden Valley site is comfortable, easy access, easy parking and his assistant is polite, speaks clearly and just a wonderful person to have out front.
Costs were explained fully and I didn't have to wait for weeks to get in. I highly suggest going
