It has been almost 5 weeks since I requested repairs to an ice maker of refrigerator that is under warranty (this is actually following repairs made during the summer to the same ice maker of the same refrigerator). So far it has taken 3 weeks to get a technician to come out and look at it and say he needed to order parts that "won't take long" to come in. It has been 2 weeks since then and no one has called to provide an update. They never do. I ALWAYS have to call and ask for the status of parts, a technician, etc. I always wait at least 10 days, but never hear anything. I know the folks are
