I hired Ct Drain Pros for an existing foundation excavation and footing drainage installation. I asked for some extra details that are not typical. AJ of Ct Drain Pros was very responsive. He and his crew were professional, including efficient in their work, and follow through on responsibilities and details. Construction is a fluid process, and as much about communication as the actual work. AJ gave the quote, and participated in the work with his crew. He was paying attention to communication. Id use this company again, making sure agreements and details are spelled out, which helps communication

We had a large drainage system installed at our hillside property due to flooding and washout of our lawn and landscaping. AJ was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Horrible customer service. The person who came out to provide an estimate was rude and extremely unpleasant. We had other workmen on the site and they even commented on how bad the behavior of the CT Drainage Pro's representative was. I would never use their services.

I had CT drainage pros come to my home to do an estimate in December 2018. The guy that came out stated he would send me the estimate. I got no estimate so I sent a follow up email in January with no response. Bad way to do business. Too bad because we liked all the suggestions.
