Robert did a fantastic job at diagnosing and fixing our kitchen faucet issue. He arrived right at the specified time , replaced our broken kitchen faucet and also inspected the rest of plumbing in the house. Explained what was done and was very friendly and knowledgeable! AAA experience with Robert!

I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and both times their staff have shown professionalism and have shown great care and attention to my home. Making sure to come in and out only when necessary, wearing covers on their shoes, cleaning up as they worked up to leaving out.

Ryan W. was sure to go over every detail of the job with me. By the time he left I was not confused about anything that I paid for. I can explain it in full detail to my to brief him on the job as well. Ryan was kind, professional, honest and treated my home as if it was his home. Which I greatly appreciated.

I love that they wear their id badges, have their tablets to take payments, photos and when they call it comes from the company line. Makes me feel secure. Their vehicle also has the company logo on it. They come with their own tools and equipment.

I also appreciate the pricing. I will continue to use them for my water and gas plumbing needs.

Ryan is knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to and responded to my questions and concerns and was patient in explaining things and writing them down for me. He did a great job replacing the works under the kitchen sink and installing a water filter. Would absolutely put my trust in him again.

Not sure of price compared to other. Customer service best received from anyone in long time. Ami took the time to answer my questions and explain how the sediment buildup could take awhile to get out system and best options for all water outlets. Brian did a great job explaining things on the first visit.

Tall, Felix came out and assess the situation. I cannot tell you how happy and how pleased I am and was that he was nothing but professional, honest, straightforward and honestly, I look forward to working with him in the near future as soon as I get things put in place.

I had major water damage in my house due to 3 burst pipes that froze up when my furnace malfunctioned. I contacted Ben Franklin late on Sunday afternoon and within the hour I received a call from the owner. I explained my situation and he said he would have someone contact me in the morning. At 7:15 on Monday morning I received a text message that a technician was on the way. He (Rob Williamson) arrived at my house around 7:45am! Incredible!
He was able to locate the first of 3 burst pipes and repaired that one by 11:30. Turns out I needed major repair on my furnace including a new zone valve and a relay part that he had to order.
He worked straight thru until after5pm and was joined by his manager Brian.
I can honestly say these two were phenomenal! Both were compassionate to my situation, were very detailed on what they diagnosed the problem to be and what the required fix would entail.
I found this entire experience (except of course dealing with all the inconveniences) to be a very satisfying one and would not hesitate for a second to refer this company to anyone in need of plumbing work!

Excellent service from Tech Robert Williams PLM0290340-O2. Did beyond the call of duty to my situation. Very pleased from start to finish and very helpful to attain the help I needed to my boiler situation.

Excellent emergency service! They answered right away, arrived later that night and diagnosed the problem quickly, and had. Fair pricing and Ryan was very professional with a senseof humor. Ill definitely call them again if needed.

Nick was very helpful, and a great young man. We really enjoyed meeting him. Also my contact with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very pleasant and personable to begin with inspite of some mixup on information due to a system error with the Holiday. Everything worked out well. Terry, Malachy and Nick were great! We decided to replace our boiler due to the age of the old unit and some of the old installation work was not done properly . They installed the new combi boiler and corrected those old issues. The new boiler was up and running in one day and they worked very hard to get us a reasonable price. Extremely happy with their work and the service they provided!!

I hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today to do several jobs around my house and they sent Ryan W. He was not only professional but very courteous and really nice! He made it easy and stress free which is rare today. I will definitely call them again.

This was a visit to repair a water leak that was not taking completely taken care of in the first visit. New faucet was installed and took care of leak under sink on the first visit. Leak was still apparent in the cellar after a few days, so had to call them. Ryan Wesson and Gunner came the same day that I called and since I paid a lot, it was worth it for the guarantee. They were both extremely professional and easy to talk to. Was able to voice my concerns and know that the work is guaranteed should the problem still exist. Everything that was done was explained and no further costs were added on. Thank you for the great service performed by Ryan and Gunner, and the company back up with no questions asked.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process clearly as he worked.He diagnosed a tripping well pump that was drawing high amps, safely pulled and replaced the pump, and restored our water the same day. He communicated what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner, and we really appreciated being kept informed throughout the entire service. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend.

Aaron Diaz was amazing. He came out for an emergency on a Sunday evening and managed to do a tricky repair with very little room to move all without any damage to anything around it, which I thought was going to be impossible. Impressive skills. On top of that, he had great communication about what he was doing and is just a friendly guy. Highly recommended.

Ami was very nice to deal with. He inspected everywhere inside and under and around the house to determine the location of any leaks (which were causing an increase to my water bill). He explained everything he did and what my options would be if I choose to have repair services done. I will definitely use Ben Franklin Plumbing to do the needed repairs.

Aaron did an excellent job with the installation. When finished, he checked every water source in the house to be sure that there was hot water everywhere. Also, as a retired educator & teacher trainer, I thought he worked well with Cale, giving him appropriate responsibility & guiding & encouraging in meaningful ways. And, they did a great cleanup before they left!

We have Eric come out to pump our septic and he was extremely helpful and patient. Our house had a new tank out in and we didnt know know exact measurements. Elliot was a great salesmen and was honest which is hard to find nowadays. He told me what is a must fix and gave me a great scope of work. The company also gave me an amazing price on a new install of my oil tank.

Nick, melichai and gentry were punctual, friendly and gave me a great time line of what was happening step by step. I could not be more please with how this turned out and this company. They quoted me and showed up the next day to complete the work and its amazing. Thank you and I would definitely recommend hiring them!
