Grenz Service Co. installed a new boiler system at our Lodge. Jim Grenz presented our group a recommendation on which system would be a good fit for our building and needs. Once we decided to move forward he was able to place a hold on the new boiler with the manufacturer during a time of short supply. The Grenz crew was able to remove the old boiler and installed the new system in one morning. Everything was handled very professionally and the system is working great! Jim made himself available to answer all our questions before and after the installation. It couldn't have been any easier!

Weve been customers for two years now. Very happy with our annual service of our furnace and A/C. Bill has been our tech. Always personable and informative. You can tell he takes pride in taking care of his customers. He takes the time to do the job right and values his customers money as if it were his own.
