Doug came to do a service call this winter when our furnace wouldn't turn on...quickly located the fact that our kids had gotten pieces of paper into the vents which had found their way to the filter. When the furnace wouldn't turn on for an unrelated reason the next week and we called the home office, Doug personally called us back and was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone for us. Great service and courtesy.

The first cold streak of the year, and my furnace stopped working early on a Sunday morning. I have a toddler and a newborn in the house, so getting this repaired was very important to me. I called Kettle Moraine Heating and Air, and within an HOUR, Matt F. was at my house fixing my furnace. Matt was great! As soon as he walked in, he reassured my entire family that he would get our heat back up and running. He even gave my 2 year old son a high five and told him he'll get it fixed just for him. The repair didn't take long, but Matt made sure to check everything, just to be sure everything was

Scheduling was efficient and within a reasonable amount of time for a checkup on furnace prior to winter. Luke arrived on time, with prior notification to us he was on the way. Answered all questions, explained various aspects of monitor/control system, replaced filter (which I had done twice since we bought house September 2020, but was best to be prepared), and we learned previous owners had not had maintenance in five years, when system was installed. I asked about central humidifier, including questions about pros/cons; Luke answered, and did not push a sale. We decided to have one installed
