We could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional and we are very happy with the final result. They were super busy but gave us a tentative timeline and actually finished ahead of schedule. Our pool is the finishing touch to our backyard paradise!

Barbara and Jerry Sutcliffe and family and coworkers all were the best people you could ever ask for to put in a pool. They're respectful, honest and hard working. It's been over a year now and they still answer questions, make recommendations, test your water, provide chemicals, help with water quality issues, etc. They don't SELL you, they provide just what you need and have reasonable pricing. They are quality people providing quality products. I just can't say enough about them.

The Pool Company went out of their way to get us out of a huge bind on our pool installation that another company totally botched!!! They were wonderful to work with....from Barbara and the office team, who always kept in touch with us, to all of the crew that we truly enjoyed as they worked in our backyard for several days. They always showed up on time, did a most professional job, Tony answered every silly little question we came up with and gave us all the education we needed to be able to maintain our pool for years. We can't thank them enough and would recommend them very highly to anyone

When I went into the pool company I had no clue about our pool that was at the house we just purchased, nor did we ever own a pool. Barbara was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable in breaking down the pool basics for me. She taught me how to properly use our vacuum system and things about our pump and valves we knew nothing about. I brought in a sample of our pool water and the report they give is very useful. It tells you exactly what you need, how much of it, and how to use it. When I left there I was set with all the chemicals needed to balance my water and I had a plethora of information to

We are so pleased with our new pool. I don't know how they fit the pool through the side of our property and got it placed so perfectly, but they did! Barbara was always available for my odd questions any time or day of the week. Our yard now looks like a resort, thanks to The Pool Company!

The Pool Company just installed a pool for us and I have been very impressed from my initial conversation, installation and follow up after it was complete! Customer service seems to be a dying breed but not with The Pool Company. They exceeded my expectations! Under promise and over deliver! I would highly recommend them!
