Critical:Professionalism
We called Year Round Pool to check out a maintenance issue. We asked them to call back to set a time so we could meet with them, instead they just showed up, did nothing and hulled us $200. This had been our experience with them over and over. They are a rip off.

From the beginning, this company far exceeded every other company we received a quote from. Construction was timely and efficient, even during a time where materials and crews were subject to covid hold backs. Our salesman Jason was awesome to work with, the construction supervisor Craig did everything he could to help the project along the way. We signed our contract in December 2020, dig day was April 2021 and we were swimming before the 4th of July. Thank you to all the crews for getting us our first pool!

This company really has issues. They installed my pool and it was not a good experience. They currently clean it as well but communication is always an issue. left hand does not talk to the right. They love to just show up when they feel like it and expect you will be home or sitting around waiting for them. God forbid they ever schedule anything with you.

Awesome place. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful especially Danielle. Our purchase of a hot tub was flawless. I would recommend this company to those in the market for one of their own.
