Matt McQuoid is the owner of True North Builders Inc. He brings over 22 years of construction experience to TNB. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, he and his family of 6 moved to Redding, California in 2011. When Matt isn't swinging a hammer, he enjoys swinging a golf club. He also enjoys playing basketball and downhill skiing with his wife and kids.

This family of 6 were ready for a change. They wanted something fresh, modern and inviting. They wanted an island to eat breakfast around and new flooring throughout. They loved the color navy blue but weren't sure how to tastefully incorporate it into their space. After meeting with a designer and discussing the overall look they totally transformed their kitchen and had a space that said Welcome to all who entered.
