Mark came out immediately when we called. He explained everything he needed to do, came back promptly to do the work, and it was priced fairly. They even sent photos of the work in progress, as we were out of town when the work was done. I would highly recommend Reliable Sewer for work on a septic system.

Today, Reliable Sewer & Drain arrived early, took out my old dishwasher and replaced with the new. Cleaned everything up and left better than he found it.
2 weeks ago, Mark installed a new ADA toilet and replaced the shower faucet and head, broken by granddaughter.

Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and done a great job at our home and cleaned up well after the service. Sherri was also very polite and friendly and able to answer my questions. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Mark and Sherri are in a class above all others. Reliable Sewer and Drain is truly a remarkable company to work with. Everyone has been very nice, helpful and upfront about what they can and cannot do. They have provided insight into issues I did not think to ask about and able to explain issues in a way that both my wife and I can understand.
