Services
Drain Cleaning
Our drain cleaning service removes clogs using advanced equipment to ensure clear, functional drains. Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and main sewer lines, we address hair, grease, and root intrusions. Customers benefit from fast, non-invasive solutions that prevent recurring backups in residential and commercial properties.
Sewer Line Repair
We diagnose and fix sewer line issues like cracks, root intrusion, and blockages. Using camera inspections, we identify problems and apply targeted repairs. This service prevents property damage and ensures compliance with local codes, offering durable fixes for homes and businesses in Redwood City and nearby areas.
Hydro Jet Drain Cleaning
Hydro jetting clears stubborn blockages with high-pressure water, removing grease, scale, and roots. This method cleans pipe walls thoroughly, extending system lifespan. Commercial kitchens and homeowners with recurring clogs benefit from its efficiency, avoiding repeated maintenance while ensuring smooth drainage.
Trenchless Sewer Replacement
Trenchless sewer replacement fixes damaged pipes without excavation, using pipe bursting or cured-in-place lining. This minimizes landscape disruption and reduces costs. Ideal for older homes and busy commercial properties, it provides a durable, modern solution with faster recovery times compared to traditional methods.
Sewage System Inspections
Our inspections use video technology to assess sewer line health, identifying cracks, blockages, or root damage. Early detection prevents emergencies and costly repairs. Homeowners, realtors, and property managers rely on these assessments to maintain system integrity and ensure safe, code-compliant plumbing operations.

Douglas was fabulous. They installed a new dishwasher for my son's house. But nothing was standard and they built a cabinet around the dishwasher, put a butcher block on the top and recessed it all flush.
Fantastic work easy to work with. Understood exactly what I wanted to be done. On time, great work and reasonable price. Amazing they did exactly what they said they would do. Wish everyone was like these guys.

I am extremely pleased with the work done by the crew of Oscar, Eder and Jesus from Shoreway Plumbing in fixing a Rinnai RUR199 tankless water heater at my home after my conventional 50-gallon water heater started leaking. I highly reccommend Shoreway Plumbing.

I had a very good experience with Shoreway plumbing. I got 3-4 quotes to replace my 74g tank heater without recirculation with a tankless unit with built in recirculation. I worked with Douglas Lopez, who was great! Their quote was not the lowest, but competitive. Douglas pointed out clear and understandable shortcomings of my top tankless selection and showed why my second choice fit my needs better.
They offered an early appointment at a time convenient to me, arrived on time, finished on time, and left the place as clean as it was when they started. Three weeks into the installation, everything
