Absolutely terrible. Business ethics are the worst. They’ve been to my home 3 times and the issue still is not fixed. They refuse to fix their mistake. Do not use them. They will take your money and not fix the issue.

I bought a newly remodeled home with a brand new stackable washer/dryer. When you try to run a cycle, it shakes, rattles, and rolls all the way across the room. After trying twice to try to level it ourselves and fearing damage to the machine as well as the home, I decided to call the pros. I had heard great things about Ortega's so I hopped on… their website and was pleased to see an online scheduling option. I selected the first available date which was 1 week away and filled out the form. The following day, I received a call from the receptionist (I didn't catch her name). When I answered

Stan from Ortega’s Appl Service was exceptionally thorough in his diagnostic skills. He was prompt, professional and I appreciated his attention to detail trying to fix my Kitchenaid Whirlpool poorly designed French door refrigerator. I do not recommend one at all. .. but I sure do recommend Ortega’s Appliance Repair!👌🏻
