My wife and I experienced the most positive customer experience with Richard at the Spa Doctor from the first time we stepped into the showroom through the entire ordering and sales process. Once we identified the hot tub we wanted, Richard communicated with us continually throughout the process to coordinating the installation of the hot tub without a hiccup. The installation crew (Steve, Matt and John) arrived on the day of installation at the time Richard told us they would. They promptly began to work on removing the old hot tub and installing the new one, as challenging as removal and installation

Easy to work with, explained everything in detail on how to start-up/maintain the spa. Had a slight problem with spa at install, came back and fixed in a very timely manner. Friendly informative staff from sales to scheduling to install.

I havent been able to use the spa yet because of the back injury. But my husband uses it every evening and absolutely loves it. From sales to installation it was made very easy for us. Thank you for all your help!
