I called Aquos Pool and asked for an estimate, Ryan the designer texted me and said he will charge me $350 for an estimate because it differentiates ready customers from not ready customers. So he wanted me to be ready and sign the contract for whatever estimate he gave me. Business doesn't work like that you could give me a free estimate like other pool companies and if that estimate is a reasonable price then I could go with you if not a reasonable price and very high then I should be able to call another company for an estimate. No one wants to be locked with your estimate. Don't bother this

I had Aquos Pools put in our pool about 2.5 years ago. The experience was awesome from start to finish. My pool was built in less than a month and a half. I know this doesn't sound realistic, but the pool gods were in my favor at the time. Communication through out the whole project was excellent. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with. Two years in, we absolutely love our pool and enjoy having our friends and family over to enjoy it with us!

Wife and I were planning on getting a pool but reading all the negative reviews of Aqua pools poor workmanship and ignoring calls from customers after signing contract we decided not to get a pool instead were going to get an above ground custom pool and not have to deal with the stress and headaches of incompetent contractors that claim to be professionals when truly their not. We checked other pool contractors and found out their all pretty much the same. To many negative reviews, enough for us to not hire them. Old saying says, You make your own bed, now lay on it.

I wish I could give you the company half of a star, the only reason for half is the original build went extremely smooth. But that's where the quality stopped. Their intro says, "Out team is dedicated to providing custom pools that allow you to create lasting memories." Yes they created a nice pool, but the quality of the build and materials are subpar. And once Covid19 hit, this pool builder used it as a crutch to let our warranty expire without correcting our issues. Here are a few of the problems we've had so far;

They will sell you a dream, only to leave you with a nightmare. They will rip you off and have NO problem doing it.
They're all about the money, the customers satisfaction doesn't matter once they've collected those BIG payments. Their sales pitch is "we're a family run business that's been in business for 40 years." They bashed several other companies we got quotes from and all the things they bashed about the other companies, they did. Deflection at its finest!
You'll end up doing some of the job yourself and paying them, even though

We recently had a pool put in. We were so glad we chose Aquos. The staff is great and were always there to answer questions. Even when it was done we have still asked questions about things and they have responded quickly and come to help us. From Harold writing up the plan, to Sean managing the job, to Ozzie scheduling and Jorge helping it was great. Frank is our go to guy with all his help and kindness. It was a great job and everyone from the gals in the office to the workers, thank you.
