Services
Mold Testing
Our comprehensive mold testing identifies hidden contamination using infrared cameras and moisture meters to detect elevated humidity areas. Air and surface samples analyze mold species concentrations compared to outdoor baseline levels. Lab-certified results document health risks and remediation requirements with clear visual evidence for insurance claims or legal documentation.
Air Sampling
Precision air sampling quantifies airborne mold spores through comparative analysis between indoor problem areas and outdoor control samples. This establishes contamination levels, identifies problematic species, and determines necessary remediation scope using calibrated collection devices under controlled conditions.
Lab Analysis
Certified laboratories examine samples under high-powered microscopes to identify specific mold species and concentration levels. Results include toxicity classifications, growth patterns, and health risk assessments with standardized glossaries explaining technical terminology for client understanding and decision-making.
Remediation Guidance
Custom remediation protocols outline containment zones, protective equipment requirements, and clearance testing standards for contractors. We provide technical specifications for air scrubbers, negative pressure systems, and HEPA filtration to ensure complete mold eradication following industry best practices.
Clearance Testing
Final air sampling verifies remediation effectiveness by comparing post-cleanup levels to original baselines. This confirms complete mold removal, documents successful treatment for real estate transactions, and ensures occupants' health safety through quantifiable air quality data.

Jun 09, 2011 Report
Initially we were not happy with our experience with ISCT. We had an inspector come to the house to take air samples and to use the infrared camera to locate our moisture issues. The inspector took the air samples and we promptly received the lab report, as expected. The inspector was unable to get the infrared camera to work properly and agreed to make a follow-up visit to the house that week or send another inspector in his place. For whatever reason, the inspector did not return, nor did he return our calls. We also made a call to the office, which was not returned. Upon learning of our
