Purchased a Compac product and had it installed in my kitchen in NYC. Installation did not go smoothly. First visit the main sink portion needed to be taken back and recut. On return the workers were sloppy and just threw the countertops down and did not align them well on sides of stove. Had to have them return to redo the install. As for the Compac quality - well - BIG MISTAKE! It chips easily.
I don't know if this is because the piece was poorly cut, but the material is softer than anything I ever had in any kitchen. I have old granite in my country home from the 1990s and not a single chip

Our contact at this company had attitude from beginning until end. Had to call the owner to get proper customer service. Install was sloppy. The product we chose - Compac - is a waster of money! Easily chips and the manufacturer does not stand behind the product. I have granite in my summer house and not a single chip since 1990s. Avoid Faithful - because they are anything but!

Poor customer service. They change delivery dates and don't contact the customer. They don't deliver the product as paid for by the customer. Deliveries are made based on their convenience without the consideration of the customer. Clearly a poor work ethic and no business sense. Would NEVER use them again...EVER.

The final work product is excellent quality. However, the company was shameless in missing appointment times etc., which is a nightmare for anyone like us who is in the middle of a complicated renovation.

Wife & I originally scheduled a big countertop job for last Wednesday. Faithful Countertops no-showed (w/ no warning) and then said, Sorry, we can do Thursday afternoon, does a 1-4pm window work? (The apartment owner needs to be present to sign off on the job at completion.) OK, fine. The installers arrived at ~4pm Thursday (for a 3-hour, 1-4pm job

This review is long overdue but very well deserved! We're soooo happy! Faithful Countertops came to the rescue after we had an atrocious installation and experience with another company. The moment we began working with Zadie, we knew we were in good hands. She patiently and thoroughly answered tons of questions; suggested countertop materials and fabrications; and swiftly set up measurement and installation appointments. (They were able to measure and install within a few weeks of each other - a HUGE plus in our case.)
