My experience with Jen, the staff and owner was atrocious! I picked out a quartz stone early July 2021. Measurements were taken on July 21, 2021. I get a call from Helen the day before install, Aug 10th telling me "they did not have enough material for the bar sill but I could always get something to match. And "she wasn't sure about the 4 in backsplash." I told her to call me back and let me know.
Never heard from anyone. Got a call on Aug 11 at 9 am that BCG was 10 mins away. They laid down the counter and handed me a bill. I asked where the backsplash was. "No backsplash." Called Jen and asked

Beautiful Work. We love our kitchen. Everything looks amazing and they gave us a great price! We definitely recommend them if you are remodeling your kitchen. The installation was quick and they were very efficient and friendly. If i had any gripe it would be that they charge a percentage for using credit card. But it's not a big enough deal to lose a star
