Our furnace & hot water heater both quit right around Christmas. We received an estimate for replacement of both appliances and had them installed two days later. We are grateful for the responsiveness of your company and are very happy with the results. We are looking forward to the energy savings we expect with our new high efficiency furnace and tankless hot water heater.

Our furnace would try to start and shut off. Joe came early and checked it out. He had it figured out in no time. The furnace is now working properly and we are warm again. The price of the part and labor were very reasonable. Thank You High Performance ! Merry Christmas & Happy New Year To All Of You At High Performance !

I love Alycia--staff receptionist at High Performance for her patience and responsiveness. Because of her, I would maintain the relationship with the company. However, one of the technicians put the wrong location of the humidifier adjuster that made me not seeing it or hard time reaching the automatic control adjuster

We've used High Performance for 3 yrs now. Our furnace broke and had them install a new Furnace and A/C. For 3 yrs we couldn't be happier with our choice! Every year they perform maintenance checks on the equipment. Everyone we've had come to our house has been respectful, professional, and everything you could ask for. If you are looking for installation service, maintenance, or anything else pertaining to Heating and Cooling check them out! You won't be sorry!
