There is a lot that went wrong in 2020. Calling EconoWest wasn't one of them. We recently purchased our home, and my fiance had some concerns about the forced air furnace. We scheduled an appointment with EconoWest to have the unit cleaned and evaluated for safety. Dave arrived on time, and followed a strict COVID protocol showing us his body temperature and maintaining proper social distancing. He quickly determined that there was nothing wrong with unit - it was perfectly clean, and in proper working condition. Similar to other reviewers, he refused to not only charge us but he

Scheduled an appointment with very friendly office staff. service appointment was done within less than a week. Guillermo was dispatched to my condo to inspect water heater and furnace. He was very knowledgeable and honest, felt comfortable with him working at my condo. Got a reasonable quote and would call again in the future. thanks guys keep up the good work

I contacted Econo West based on the Google Reviews for routine servicing of our gas heater -- and everyone was correct! Their technician, Guillermo, was outstanding! He noticed that a condenser was leaking inside the heater -- and drove all the way to Oxnard & back to obtain & install the new part. Guillermo was very knowledgeable about heaters, and thoroughly explained what the problem was & how he would fix it. Kudos for a job well done!

Our very old electric forced air heater quit one cold evening. I called Econo West, and their office staff were great. I scheduled an appointment and their guy never showed. I called him and he apologized and said he'd be back the next day in a two hour window. He never showed again!! I ended up giving these guys a 1 star review and called the next contractor.
