I got 3 estimates for having my at least 25 year old pool heater replaced. Overall Carlos had the best price, and he was even able to service the 'In Deck' Ortega valves to get them working without sticking. I recommend Sigma Pool Service.

We spoke with 6 pool service companies before going with Sigma. The thing that was apparent right off the bat is that Carlos communicates. He picks up the phone, he texts back. He spent time answering questions when we wanted to convert to a UV system. His prices are competitive, he does timely installation repair work and he's got a warm personality. That stuff goes a long way in our book. So glad we're working with him!

Carlos has been amazing, our pool and spa have never looked so good. He is honest, reliable and reasonable. He has taken care of all repairs and always sends me photos of anything that needs to be replaced or fixed. We had several pool services that told us we needed to purchase a new very expensive pool vacuum and Carlos said we absolutely didnt need to waste our money. I highly recommend him!
