Our showroom is open Monday & Friday 9am-5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am-7pm, and closed Saturday & Sunday.

The staff was nice. The showroom has many many tiles to choose from and flooring options it's like being a kid in a candy store. I found several pieces I liked.

During the course of remodeling my kitchen, I purchased my granite counter tops and back splash tile from Design Surfaces. By far, the BEST move ever during this entire process. Not only were the staff above and beyond kind and exceptionally helpful, my granite and backsplash turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined when making my choices. I will be forever grateful to Jim and John for their knowledge and guidance resulting in, (if I may say) - my beautiful kitchen!! I can honestly say, working with them was the ONLY aspect of the entire project that was stress free and truly enjoyable

Make sure you verify the box counts on your order. Order was short 1 box and no surveillance to verify shortage even though they say they have surveillance. Tile is expensive, shipping is outrageous. Make sure you order more than needed, half a case was broken. I gave them 4 stars because Paula was helpful but other female staff members were not so much. If i had a do over I would purchase from Lowe's or Home Depot

Why pay a premium for poor workmanship and customer service. Our sales person was amazing to work with but the owners wouldn't repair our back splash which was installed angled, causing a large gap and highlighting the chunky rough cuts. Due to the premium DS charges I expected much more. When requested to repair they said they could come out and caulk it.

Worst company. You would be wise to spend your time and money elsewhere. Owner Dean Coticchia doesn't know the business or his products. More worried about designing beer koozies than taking care of his customers. He totally ignored a warranty claim on tile he distributes and blames an obvious manufacturer defect on installer error.
