Retaining Walls
We design and install retaining walls to combat Texas soil erosion and foundation pressure. Questions
How do I know if my foundation needs repair?
Look for cracks in walls/floors, sticking doors/windows, uneven floors, or gaps around frames. Schedule a free inspection if you notice these signs.
What causes foundation problems in Texas?
Expansive clay soils that swell when wet and shrink when dry cause most issues. Droughts, heavy rainfall, and poor drainage exacerbate these soil movements.
How much does foundation repair cost?
Costs vary based on damage extent and repair method. Request a free inspection for an accurate estimate tailored to your specific situation.
How long does foundation repair take?
Most repairs take 1-7 days depending on damage severity and weather conditions. Minor repairs may complete in a day while complex issues take longer.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes, we provide industry-leading warranties including transferable lifetime warranties on major services, backed by over 30 years of experience.
Can foundation issues affect property value?
Properly repaired foundations maintain or increase property value. Unresolved issues may raise concerns during real estate transactions.
