In 2011 my family bought our first New Leaf spec home, and in 2018 we designed and built our second New Leaf (custom) home. The second time around we worked with the in house design team and we really appreciated the streamlined processes and attention to detail. We asked for some unique layouts in our floor plan and Brett knocked it out of the park. Our project manager was professional and responsive and brought us creative solutions when a challenge arose. Yes, New Leaf!

I simply cannot say enough good things about New Leaf. I didnt think it would be possible to finish the design and build process and love our builder, but Scott, Melissa, and the entire New Leaf crew proved me so very wrong! They were simply incredible! We have been living in it for 3.5 years as of this writing and we absolutely LOVE our new home!! New Leaf made the daunting task of designing and selecting materials for an entire house as easy as possible and truly fun. They made the build process enjoyable with high quality work, weekly status updates, easy access to a great project manager
