Scott grew up in East Dallas, attended Lake Highlands schools and graduated from the UT Dallas. He came from a family of engineers and has loved designing, creating, and building since childhood. He founded New Leaf in 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Scott's greatest desire is to design and build high-quality, long-lasting homes that people will appreciate for years to come.
Melissa has a bachelor's degree from UT Dallas and a master's degree from Texas Woman's University. She had a private therapy practice before she joined Scott at New Leaf in 2007. Melissa has an eye for design, and, as a mother of four, knows the elements involved in making a home work for a growing family.
She loves having a direct impact on the neighborhood and surrounding areas that she calls her own by working with each client to help them select or design their own beautiful new home. Michael has a bachelor's degree in Construction Administration and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
